Description
A double-sided brush for cleaning freshly harvested and market-bought vegetables.
Made in Germany from FSC®-certified beech wood and natural plant fibres, this brush is designed to remove soil and dirt without the need for peeling. One side uses stiffer union fibres for root vegetables such as potatoes, carrots and beetroot, while the softer tampico bristles are suited to more delicate produce.
Particularly useful for those who grow their own vegetables or buy directly from growers, helping to keep more of the skin intact during preparation.
The brush can also be used for light household cleaning and scrubbing. Allow it to dry thoroughly between uses.
