Returns & Exchanges
Yard Cloth pieces are made in small batches, and most are made to order. We hope you’ll be happy with your purchase, but if something isn’t right, you are welcome to return your order within 14 days of delivery.
We ship to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at hello@yardcloth.co.uk
within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions and confirm the returns address.
Items must be returned:
- in their original, unused condition
- with all labels attached
- free from marks, scents or damage
- neatly folded and packaged with care
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 10 working days to the original payment method.
Return Postage
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
All returns must be sent using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Made-to-Order Items
As many Yard Cloth pieces are made to order, we encourage thoughtful purchasing.
Made-to-order items may still be returned, provided they meet the return conditions above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item or colour, please place a new order and return your original piece for a refund.
Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, please email hello@yardcloth.co.uk
within 48 hours of receiving it, including:
- your order number
- clear photographs of the issue
- a short description of the fault
- Please wait for our reply before sending anything back.
If a fault is confirmed, we will cover return postage and offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- items that have been worn
- pieces with scent transfer (perfume, smoke, etc.)
- items stained, damaged, or altered
- returns without labels attached
Items that do not meet our return requirements will be returned to the customer without refund.
Shipping Destinations
Yard Cloth ships within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland.
We do not ship internationally.
